Omg

So i made a post on this website that has horse people but anyway i made a post about me looking for a job in the barn yesterday and today this old man send me an email that they are looking for a worker in their barn and i called him and now i'm going to go take a look at the barn on saturday!!!

I'm so exited! They have 4 horses and 2 ponies :) the horses are harness racers but i don't know about the ponies. I hope this works out so i can have a job and i get to be with horses and you guys get something else to read.

But anyway i didn't have anything else so by!

So there were the art on my walls. Some of them i think are good but there are some that plain suck xP so yeah there isn't really much to say to this so i think i leave by!

Horse Grooming/Washing..

Sorry i forgot to post again but i really haven't done anything worth posting about so i didn't, also i haven't heard anything from the two horse owners that i contacted..but anyway enjoy this post i made about grooming :)

So here is a post about horse grooming and washing or how i do it and in witch order :)

Grooming:


1. First Use A Curry Comb.

Use the curry comb on the whole horse with a circle like moves.


2.Second Use A Hard brush

brush all the excess hairs, you can use the curry comb to clean the brush after every third brushing (or even everytime if there is alot of excess hair)


3. Then Use A Soft Brush

Use the brush to brush all the dust that came when you used the curry comb and the hard brush.

You can do all this again if the horse still feels or looks dirty.

4. Use A Mane Comb

You use ether the hair brush looking or the comb witch one you like better. Use it to comb both the mane and the tail so there aren't any knots left.

5. Use A Hoof Pick
















Use the hoof pick to pick all the hoofs. The best hoof pick would be the one with the brush so you can really get everything out and also clean the outside of the hoof.

6.Use A Face Brush












Use the face brush to brush the horses head.


7. Final Checks

Now you are done or at least should be so you can you your final checks and do some final brushings to get the horse as clean as possible. Or if the horse is clean you can do some braids in the main or tail.


Washing:


1. Get the horse wet

2. Get shampoo all over the coat and rub it in.

3. Wash of the shampoo. Make sure you get everything out.

4. Use a sweat scraper to get the excess water.

5. Use a towel to get the horse dryer.

6. If its cold put a blanket for the horse. If its not you can just let the horse be in the sun or in the stables to completely dry off.

Cleaning...

So today when i woke up i watched couple of movies (Riot, Ant Man and Big Hero 6) and then i had a shower and just messed around with my hair while singing to some music.

At 17 i went to pick up my little brother from daycare and then i started cleaning my room witch i haven't cleaned in a while xD (way too lazy for that) and now i just have been on my laptop and listened to some music.

The time is about 18.57 right now and i'm waiting for my mom her boyfriend and my oldest little brother to come home from the vet (my boyfriends dog has a check up) it may take awhile.

Also i took some pictures of my art :) I make a different post about them and put them on my "Ravens Art" page so look up for that in few days :)

but yeah i didn't really have anything else today, oh wait yeah i needed to say that the other horse owner hasn't answered ether :P i'm getting really annoyed that neither of them has answered anything... but maybe one of them will answer soon, i hope... but yeah i had nothing else by!

Nature: Really sassy and grumpy. can be sweet when wants to but usually really grumpy and bites.

Height: About 160-165 cm (I'm Not Sure)

Color: Dark with some white specs on the heel

Used As: She was an race horse but now she is a broodmare.

Nature: Really nice but when she has her food she is really agressive and can bite, but other than that she is really nice and sweet.

Used As: She was an race pony but now she is a broodmare. May still be used as an race pony in the future. (trotter/harness racer)

So there you go there were all the horses i groom sometimes and take alot of pictures of. If you have any questions about any of them just comment below and i try and answer. :)

The Person...

So i talked about the person who needed a groom for their horse and who i send a message to, well they haven't answered back so i kinda got inpatient and i looked for another horse and actually found one! I found this person who needed a groom and some help with training the horse, so i sent a message to them and i hope to god that this one answers.

So yeah didn't have anything else so by!

The Store..

So today i really didn't do that much. My grandma came to visit us and i talked with her a little and then i made a quick trip to the store to get more cat litter because we had run out of it, so i really didn't do much.

But i was thinking that i might make some posts about things i enjoy like horse grooming and art and other stuff but it might be alot around horses because that is really all i enjoy doing but anyway we'll see and i start writing them and post them when i really don't have anything else so you don't need to read about days when i just play video games or just sit on my butt.

So stay tuned for those kind of post if you are interested, i think i'm gonna post one of them once or twice a week.

But anyway that was all i have for today by!

Two Hours...

So today i didn't do the video vlog but i do it one of these days!

But i did have a two hour long walk around the town and it was really nice.
The weather was good, sunny and a little chilly, but there was so much traffic.. it was so annoying because i couldn't have any peace and quiet that i was kinda going for when i went for the walk but nevertheless it was nice.

Now i'm just gonna eat and take a shower then i might so go to bed because i'm really tired not sure yet tho might even watch some youtube before that but anyway that was about it for today by!

So I made a decision to make some video vlogs but just to warn you they are gonna be in finnish so just you know.

It is because it's my main language and i'm not that good in english soo i'm sticking with finnish.

Some of you might not like them but i'm really not caring because that is what i want to do so i'm doing it.

It kinda feels stupid writing this like there are people reading it even tho there isn't anybody xP

Buuut anyway i write or make a video today if i leave the house xD IF i leave :'D

Maybe Something Good Is Gonna Happen

So i was just chilling yesterday night and i came upon this post about horse who is looking for a groom AND it's in my town!! I was so exited that i wrote a message to the horses owner immediately and now i'm just waiting for an answer.

I so hope the owner accepts me, it would be good for this blog too because then i would have something to really write about  ;)  but we'll see if i'm lucky they accept me and i have something else to do than sitting on my butt xD Like i have been doing all day today.. :'D

But anyway i didn't have anything else so by!

It has been awhile...

Sorry i haven't been active and forgot to do the ''big update'' but i have been really sick for awhile now and really haven't had the energy to write anything...

But now i'm back and really try and start writing if not everyday then every other day :)

So lets start by telling you what i did at my friends house when i was there for almos two weeks :)

So i went to my friends house on tuesday, when i got there we went straight to the stables to clean them and take the horses in. After that we went inside to make food and went to sleep.

The next morning we woke up about at 6.30 am to take the horses out and give some hay to them and after that i went back to sleep for couple of hours and my friend went to work. when i woke up again i ate and went to clean the stables and gave food for cows that they have and just did some basic cleaning in the stables like cleaned the feedroom and so on. after i was done it was time to give the horses more hay. And by the time i was done with everything my friend came back home and we just chilled until evening when we went to train their foal and take the other horses inside. When we were done training the foal we took the others inside and went to check the cows and then went inside to eat and watch some tv and went to bed.

This rutine played out for about a week and then the next week it only changes  so that my friend didn't go to work (she had a vacation) and our other friend came too.

So when i came home from my friends house i  didn't really do much because i became sick.. i did go take some walks here and there but not really anything else.

I was just playing video games and sleeping didn't have the energy do anything else really.. :/ still don't but i wanted to make this so i could really start doing this blogging thing seriously :) so we'll see how it goes. I was also wondering would you guys be interested if i did videos about my days when i do something interesting other that playing games? (WHEN i do xD) :)

But i think this is enough for now so bye!
